For safety reasons, we will not accept returns of the following items: any opened supplements, and laboratory test kits. We will accept un-opened supplements within 30 days of purchase.
Please call to cancel your scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge $50.00 for appointments canceled without a 24 hour notice.
Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards; Visa and Mastercard. We are Preferred Providers with most insurance carriers. If we are contracted with your insurance carrier, and your plan covers acupuncture, chiropractic, and/or naturopathic care please be prepared to pay any co-pay or deductible at the time of service.
Medicaid, Medicare and Medicare Supplemental Insurance
We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or any Medicare or Medicaid supplemental insurance.
All other Insurance Carriers
For your convenience, we are Preferred Provider’s with most insurance carriers. Your insurance coverage for acupuncture, chiropractic, and naturopathic care is determined by your individual contract and your insurer’s contract with the insurance carrier. Not ALL insurance plans offer benefits for Naturopathic Care, Chiropractic Care, or Acupuncture. Please contact your insurance carrier directly to determine if our services are included in your plan. You can find your insurance plans “Member Services” contact number on the back of your insurance ID card. In addition, your plan may require a written referral for services from your primary care physician or specialist.

Note: We are contracted with many insurance carriers, not all are listed here. Please contact your insurance plans member services department to verify if you have Naturopathic, Chiropractic, and Acupuncture coverage and if we are a participating provider with your plan.

We cannot guarantee any insurance coverage. Your insurance benefits are a contract between you and your insurance plan.
We are happy to complete and submit insurance claims when coverage is available to the above insurance carriers. In the event that you have not confirmed your insurance benefit coverage by the time of your visit, we request that you pay in full at the time of your visit.
